Seasonal Support

As the pace accelerates to close out the year — I invite you to slow down. Balance your seasonal output by working IN. Meet me on the mat every Monday in December to slow down, create space, and relax in under 10 minutes.

While we can’t eliminate all the expectations and obligations of this season, I hope that Your A4Y Weekly Practice will help you come into balance. Saying yes to rest and recovery — to working IN — is more timely than ever and will support you this season to ease stress, recharge, and let go of the events of 2022.

Use this practice to slow thin...
