Plan: A Little, Often

Plan: A Little, Often

Real talk: Using yoga 5 minutes a day is more beneficial than doing an hour class once a week.

When you approach yoga as daily Resets — short practices that support you to come into balance throughout your day — you'll feel the benefits far beyond your mat. The more you use yoga in the time you DO have, the more you'll want to do, and the more you'll find that a little, often, adds up to a lot.

Use the A Little, Often plan digitally or print it and post it where you'll see it every day. Each day you have two videos to use or choose from — up to 15 minutes total if you do both. Use one in the morning and one before bed, or pair them in a 15 minute window. If you need to choose, use the one that feels most relevant to where you're at today.
